When do you know when you are ready for a change?
Change of Job, major change in your life, anything?

When do you really know?

I am at the point where my current situation is driving me insane!!

Should I be afraid to make a drastic step? What happens if I made the wrong decision and end up in a worse situation I already am in?

So I guess you can say that I am at a crossroad.

Mother's Day

It's mommies day!


Had a great day with my mom and the kids....Took lots of phone calls and am generally basking in the glory that is motherhood. Well it is my day off after all!

Happy Mother's day to all of you who care for children - whatever age they may be :)

Late Friday night

Boys are sleep, one in his bed, the other in mine.

Trying to get myself in a state were can relax, I always feel like something bad is going to happen. Not that I want anything bad to happen, it's just this feeling in the back of my mind.

Last night, there was a wicked thunderstorm. K HATES thunderstorms with a passion. I can't describe how fast he will run to me if he knows I'm near. He's terrified of them, so much so, he will listen to the weather channel to make sure it's not going to rain. If it is going to rain, he will check for showers or storms. If storms are predicted, heaven help the one in the room. He'll start going on and on about floods and tornados and such....
It can get tiring

Hopefully he'll grow out of it.

Oh dear, forgot to put the stew away....

Getting things under control

Well my life is still hectic, that hasn't changed, but it now has a steady rhythm. I can now make it home from work by 8:30 pm - better then 9:00 or almost 10:00. My mother is doing better, they changed her medications and that seems to be working. J is still trying to sit up, which is so cute, but major breakthrough......He can hold his bottle in his hands for more then a minute :)

K is doing ok, we will see how his interactions go with the kids in his class, but I haven't heard of any problems.

Well it's time for me to head off to work...

I have a weekend to look forward to at least :)
